4. Service Engagement & Contracts

  • All services are provided based on mutually agreed contracts or service-level agreements (SLAs).

  • Any modifications to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing.

  • BNMS reserves the right to revise service terms based on operational or regulatory requirements.


5. Payments & Billing

  • Clients must make payments as per the agreed quotation, invoice, or contract terms.

  • Delayed payments may attract penalties or suspension of services.

  • All applicable taxes will be charged as per Government of India regulations.


6. Manpower & Workforce

  • BNMS deploys trained and verified personnel in accordance with statutory requirements.

  • Replacement of manpower due to attrition, leave, or operational needs will be managed as per contract terms.

  • BNMS shall not be held responsible for actions beyond the defined scope of deployed personnel.


7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing safe working conditions at the service location

  • Granting necessary access, approvals, and information

  • Timely payments and cooperation for smooth service execution


8. Compliance & Safety

BNMS follows applicable labor laws, safety standards, and statutory compliance requirements. However, clients must also ensure site-level compliance and safety regulations.


9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, text, and branding displayed on this website are the property of BNMS – Brightnest Management Services LLP and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.


10. Limitation of Liability

BNMS shall not be liable for:
